Shmae, Joe ydw i! I am a Welsh lad born in Gwent, raised in Dinas Powys. I have a major background in sport including semi-professional rugby for Swansea RFC, and completing Wales Ironman 2025. I have recently graduated from Prifysgol Abertawe with a 1st Class Degree in Business and marketing.

I'm Lucas! I've lived and grown up in Dinas Powys all my life, playing football for Dinas Powys FC for 16 years! For the last four years I attended the University of Nottingham, where I recently graduated with a 2:1 Masters degree in Environmental Engineering.
